March Madness Bracket Series
In order to increase social media engagement, I created the UM-Flint March Madness Bracket challenge for Instagram Stories. I designed the branding, logo, and templates on Adobe Illustrator. Students could repost their bracket that contained UM-Flint related source material. They could also tag friends to participate in the challenge. This corresponded with March Madness, which was already relevant, so the series capitalized on current events. It also increased brand awareness because when more people tagged "UM-Flint" in their stories, more people could be directed to the page. Gift cards to the campus bookstore were an incentive for participation.
